Birth Certificate Processing

Birth Certificates are essential records that document the birth of a child. Each order includes two (2) certified copies of a Birth Certificate, all expenses paid.

Get started:

• Provide us with as much detail as possible:
  • Birth Certificate Entry (Registration) number
  • Name of the Child
  • Child’s Date of Birth
  • Where the child was born (e.g. Jubilee Hospital, UWI, at home)
  • Name of the Mother (maiden and married name if applicable)
  • Mother Date of Birth
  • Name of the Father
  • Any other relevant information
